The State of Ohio will be upgrading Crawford County Public Assistance Unit's computer systems. From 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 22, 2018 through 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 the systems that administer Medicaid, Food Assistance (also known as SNAP), and Cash Assistance (also known as TANF, OWF, AND ADC) will be unavailable and benefits will not be issued during this time. The local agency will still be open to serve the community but with limited services. Applications for the above-mentioned programs can still be submitted to our agency and will be processed within the time allotted by State and Federal regulations.
The Self-Service Portal will still be online at https://benefits.ohio.gov.
The Medicaid Consumer Hotline 1-800-324-8680 will field all Medicaid renewal calls during this planned down time.
